24th Annual Give Back Festival
We kicked things off with a ribbon-cutting for Nicetown Park's brand-new amphitheater stage — years of work finally taking shape, with city leaders, partners, and our team all there to open it. This is a real, permanent space now, ours for performances and gatherings for years to come.
The Give Back Festival gave that new stage space to shine for 3 days straight. The Walk for Health & Peace brought neighbors into the streets, resource vendors connected folks with real support, food trucks kept everyone fed, and the kids had their own corner of joy with activities all weekend. By nightfall, local performers lit up the mic, we honored Dayne Cofer and Sonia Garrett with Outstanding Community Service Awards, and Heatwave closed out the night under the lights!
To every neighbor who walked, ate, cheered, and showed up — thank you. This is what Nicetown does best! 💚🫂
